Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from sunsports.online. This policy outlines returns, exchanges, and refunds for products and services.
Product returns (7 days)
Unused products in original packaging with tags intact may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Customised or stringing-modified rackets, hygiene products, and clearance items marked final sale are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number. We will arrange pickup or accept in-store returns at our Nagole, Bandlaguda store.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cash on delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Defective or wrong items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund at no extra cost.
Stringing & coaching
Stringing service fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If we cannot complete a job, we will refund string and labour charges accordingly.
Coaching session cancellations made 24 hours before the confirmed slot may be rescheduled. Late cancellations may forfeit the session fee.
