1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the SunSports platform, registering for a tournament, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
2. Participant Information
Participants must provide accurate names, contact details, date of birth, gender, academy details, category selections, and partner information where required. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect eligibility, draw placement, communication, or participation.
3. Age and Category Eligibility
Participants are responsible for selecting the correct tournament category. SunSports may validate age and eligibility using the tournament rules and may reject, correct, or disqualify entries that do not satisfy the applicable category requirements.
4. Registration and Payment
A tournament entry is confirmed only after successful payment verification and registration confirmation. Failed, cancelled, refunded, duplicate, abandoned, or incomplete registrations may be excluded from tournament draws.
5. Draws, Fixtures, and Scheduling
Draws may be published after registrations close. SunSports may update draws, fixtures, courts, match times, or schedules where needed for tournament operations, corrections, withdrawals, or administrative reasons.
6. Live Scores and Results
Live scores may be displayed during the tournament, and results may be displayed after the tournament ends. Scores, winners, walkovers, and match statuses are recorded by authorised administrators and may be corrected if an error is identified.
7. Tournament Conduct
Participants must follow tournament rules, venue instructions, reporting times, match calls, and directions from authorised officials. Misconduct, false information, no-shows, or rule violations may lead to disqualification without refund.
8. Tournament Changes or Cancellation
SunSports may postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel a tournament due to operational, venue, weather, safety, technical, or administrative reasons. Refund eligibility for cancelled tournaments is governed by the Refund Policy.
9. Public Display of Tournament Information
Player names, categories, draws, fixtures, live scores, results, winner details, and tournament performance may be shown publicly for tournament operation and publication. Sensitive contact and payment information will not be displayed publicly.
10. Final Decision
Tournament administration decisions made by SunSports or authorised officials are final for operational matters including eligibility, draws, fixtures, scores, walkovers, disqualification, and results.
11. Updates to Terms
SunSports may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the platform and will apply from the time they are made available.
